  • About Me

    I am currently looking for Research opportunities as a PhD Student. My primary Research interest is in Computer Vision and it's multidisciplinary implementations. At present,I am pursuing my MSc in Computer Science & Engineering at the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. In 2022, I received my BSc in Electrical & Computer Enginnering from Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology. Recently I have been more focused on building CNN models to explore Object Detection and 3D reconstruction. For example: how accurately can a CNN model predict accidents simply from the relative positions of objects in a scenario? Or, How to train a CNN Model to reconstruct 2D Images of Human Faces in 3D with a relatively higher accuracy?My research goal is to propose viable solutions to real-life problems and make human lives easier.

    My superpower is reading my days away! I also enjoy classical music and occasionally play the Ukelele.

    Research and Projects

  • Transliteration of Braille Images into Bengali Characters Using CNN: The model takes Bengali Braille characters as input and transliterates them into their respective Bengali text characters. The dataset consists of approximately 25,000 images, was built from scratch by collecting Braille Images of each Bengali Character and performing Image Augmentation on them. The model achieves 99.89% training accuracy and 98.05% test accuracy.

  • A CNN-based approach to Accident Prevention By Driver's Facial Expression Analysis: This is an ongoing work for my Master's Dissertation. The proposed model will use Facial Expression Analysis to detect negative emotions in drivers, and alert them accordlingly. Thus preventing possible accidents.Additionally, the system is also equipped with a "Road Sign Detection" feature, and notifies the drivers about any road signs within visibility range that could be missed otherwise.

  • Early Prediction of Schizophrenia from Brain MRI: A CNN Based approach to analyze Brain MRI Images of Schizophrenia positive and negative patients, to predict early Schizophrenia from suspects.
